SCREENING

Required Information:

• First & last Name

• Phone number

• One selfie

• Picture of government issued ID

or link to active LinkedIn

or 2+ references from providers seen in the last 6 months

Screening is for my safety only, for your discretion all images & info are deleted following our initial appointment.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION

25% deposit required to confirm appointment

50% deposit required for appointments scheduled within 48 hours of the booking

& appointments exceeding 6 hours in length

An additional $200 fee is required for all incalls, this will be added to the deposit

Once screening is settled I will provide a variety of digital payment options to complete deposit, The remainder must be paid in cash.

Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. If you cancel, reschedule, or ghost our appointment you forfeit the deposit.

PAYMENT

I accept digital payments for deposits only. Once screening is settled I will provide a variety of options for completion.

The remainder of the donation must be paid upfront in cash. Please be prepared to take care of any extensions & tips in cash as well.

Please present the donation inside an unsealed envelope or card upon arrival.

PUNCTUALITY

Please do your best to arrive on time,

neither early nor late.

If you are delayed I will extend a 10 minute grace period as I am all too familiar with capricious NYC traffic. anything beyond that will cut into our time together.

In the unlikely event that I am running fashionably late, I will of course honor our full time together.
